Village Helper and Home Helper

VILLAGE HELPER

The Village Helper is a service provided by the Fiskars Village Association for residents of Fiskars and the surrounding area. The Village Helper carries out various kinds of simple tasks that can support everyday life in the village, such as household chores, yard and garden work, minor repair work, errands, and more.

The Village Helper may not perform work that requires a permit, such as fire-related work, electrical work, or plumbing work.

PRICE: €10 per started hour + possible mileage compensation.

INVOICING: The Home Helper writes a receipt/invoice, through which the customer pays for the completed work and any mileage compensation to the Village Association’s account. It is recommended to keep the receipt. The labor portion may qualify for a household tax deduction.

HOME HELPER

The Home Helper is a new service provided by the Fiskars Village Association and the local branch of the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare for families with children and seniors. The Home Helper carries out various simple indoor tasks in the home that can support families in their daily lives.

Tasks may include household work, errands, cleaning, childcare assistance, transportation help, IT support, and more.

The Home Helper may not perform work that requires a permit, such as medication handling or renovation work.

PRICE: €10 per started hour + possible mileage compensation.
